Staff receive training on handling AML and personal data securely.
We follow documented procedures for onboarding and handling cases.
We have processes for incident detection and response, including notifying clients if something goes wrong.
Organisational measures
We sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with every estate agency we work with, setting out the purpose, scope and safeguards of our data processing, in line with UK data protection law.
